  • Will the cap fit my dog?

    Our caps are designed to fit most breeds with the adjustable chin toggle strap for a snug, comfortable fit. Check our size guide for head measurements.

  • How long until I receive my personalised cap?

    Every cap is custom embroidered with your dog's name by hand, so we take 5–10 business days to make and ship your order. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

  • What if the embroidery looks different to what I expected?

    We embroider exactly the name you enter at checkout in our signature cursive font — so double check the spelling before placing your order. If we make an error on our end we'll remake it and send a replacement free of charge, no questions asked.
